Before Opening up your home to potential buyers, here are a few things you might consider.

General Maintenance

  • Oil squeaky doors, tighten doorknobs
  • Replace burned out lights
  • Clean and repair windows
  • Touch up chipped paint/repair plaster
  • Unusual wall colors should be repainted in neutral tones
  • Repair leaking taps and toilets
  • Make sure outside light fixtures are attractive
